Notice of Service Adjustment on “Address Correction“

SFHK is committed to providing more efficient use of resource allocation and higher quality and convenient service levels. In response to market changes, effective from 10 July, 2025. SFHK will adjust the charge of “Address Correction“ in Hong Kong and Macau regions. Details are as follows:

Re-delivery shipment by domestic to-door delivery(excludes “SF Drop & Pick”)

Parcel return by domestic shipment (Including the SF network points and to-door address)
HKD/MOP $15 per parcel
The “SF Drop & Pick” change address service charge and “Re-delivery shipment to non-local address” and “Shipment returns to the sender for non-local address“ service charge remain unchanged.
