Notice of Service Arrangement in the Times of Adverse Weather

Due to adverse weather conditions, the service arrangements for 23 September, 2025 will be as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- The cut-off time for door-to-door pickup in Hong Kong has been adjusted to 13:00 (12:30 in Macau). Same-day delivery services will be temporarily suspended, and the express delivery time will be delayed.
- SF Store will be temporarily closed when gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above is in effect.
- Some SF Lockers will suspend service until the gale or storm signal No. 8 or above is cancelled.
Note: SF Stroes will follow the venue's standard operating hours if there are specific requirements of the venue's business hours. SFHK will adjust service arrangements and the business hours of SF Stores according to the actual situation, with the specific details subject to official website announcements.
