Notice on Adjustment of SF Service Partner

The partnership between SFHK and 7-Eleven for self-pickup services will expire on 31 December, 2025. From 1 January, 2026, our pickup service at 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and Macau will be terminated. Customers can continue to choose other SF self-operated network points or SF Service Partner locations for self-pickup.
Remark: Starting from 28 December,2025, SFHK will cease deliveries to 7-Eleven. If your package is not picked up by 31 December, 2025, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once returned, it cannot be delivered to 7-Eleven again. For not delivered or overdue packages, please revise your address to other SF self-operated network points or SF Service Partner locations. To avoid influence your pick-up, please pickup your package promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
