SFHK Fully Supports Fire Rescue in Tai Po

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all sectors of society for their generous donations! We have received an overwhelming response from all sectors of the community, with a steady influx of supplies to all SF Store across Hong Kong since November 27.
As our partner charitable organizations require additional time to process and sort the donated items to ensure targeted distribution, we hereby temporarily suspend the collection of donated supplies.
Starting from yesterday, we have been progressively delivering supplies to charitable institutions and various transitional housing projects operated by Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in locations such as Kai Tak, Nam Cheong, and Ma On Shan. These supplies are being used to provide necessary support to affected residents who are gradually moving in.
At present, we maintain an adequate stock of supplies, including clothing, personal hygiene and sanitary products, basic medical supplies, data SIM cards, chargers, and bedding. Non-governmental organizations and community groups are welcome to contact our Emergency Support Hotline at 2929 2929-2 to arrange for the collection of supplies, which can then be distributed to families and individuals in need.
Additionally, we continue to offer complimentary logistics support to various organizations, delivering supplies to designated locations. Let us stand united and contribute to supporting those affected.

In response to the fire incident that occurred yesterday at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, SFHK expresses deep sadness and extends its heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families. During this difficult time, we stand together with the community by launching a "Post-Disaster Support Program" and providing various resources to assist in frontline emergency rescue and recovery efforts. We hereby issue the following urgent appeal:
From today, all 146 SF stores will voluntarily collect emergency resources, including:
Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel)
Bedding (sheets, blankets)
Hygiene products (tissues, sanitary pads)
Data cards and chargers
Clothing (excluding undergarments)
Medical supplies (first aid kits, common medications)
Members of the public who have relevant supplies are welcome to bring them to nearby SF stores. The company will provide free transportation to assist charities and local organizations in delivering these supplies to affected residents.
Additionally, SF stores will offer free packing materials such as sealing tape and cartons for those in need.
SFHK has also established a volunteer team, with a large number of employees fully committed to assisting with rescue operations. In addition to on-site support, we are providing free transportation for charity organizations, helping to locate missing relatives, and supporting various rescue activities.
