Upstairs Delivery

    In order to meet the needs of customers who need to deliver goods upstairs, we provide customers with stable and high-quality value-added services for going upstairs because some delivery addresses do not have elevators, or the elevators are unavailable.

  • Service Area

    The delivery address is in Hong Kong/Macau

  • Charges

    (Effective  from 22 May , 2025)

    ●During the delivery process in Hong Kong and Macau, if the shippment meets the following conditions, upstairs delivery fee will be charged:

    1.The delivery address does not have have elevators, or the elevators are unavailable. And

    2.Courier need to use stairs to complete delivery (including basements).And

    3.Parcel chargeable weight ≧ 20kg

     

    ●Service charge：HKD/MOP $30 per floor

     

    ●Payment Method: Pay by Recipient

    Shipments from Hong Kong/Macau/Mainland China: Pay by shipper / Pay by Recipient / third party
    Shipments from other regions: Pay by Recipient

  • Notice for Use

    ●In the following cases, the charge for upstairs delivery will be waived:

    1. The delivery address is the building lobby / Ground floor

    2. The conditions of the building stairs do not meet the requirements for express delivery; and express delivery can only be arranged in the building lobby or the ground floor.
