    · Freight × Weekly fuel surcharge rate (see latest announced rate details)

    · The fuel surcharge rate for the current week is calculated based on the price of aviation fuel per-gallon in the US Gulf Coast (USGC) announced by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) two weeks prior.

    · How to pay: Same payment method as the shipping delivery payment method.
