Eligible Participants: Non-monthly billing customers (new members/existing members, limited to sender-paid orders) placing orders through the S.F. Express APP (Taiwan version).

Event Details: During the event period: New Members: Non-monthly billing customers who register on the S.F. Express APP (Taiwan version) will receive "Friendship Gift" S.F. Coupons. Existing Members: Members who log in and place orders on specified dates will receive a "Surprise Gift Package" containing three S.F. Coupons (NT$10 discount per coupon). For international shipments, an additional 10% off coupon for international routes will be issued after the event. Furthermore, members who meet the minimum spend threshold on a single shipment and complete delivery (see Clause 3 of the event terms for details) will receive an S.F. Coupon Bundle. Members who use the S.F. Coupons from this event during the event period will also have a chance to win S.F. Member Points, LINE POINTS, and S.F. Express Luxury Gifts.

Express App (Taiwan version) and reach the minimum spend threshold on a single shipment (excluding value-added service fees) will receive an S.F. Coupon Bundle based on the amount spent (refer to Clause 5 of the event terms for details). Any single shipment that meets the specified freight amount threshold will be eligible to receive the corresponding S.F. Coupon Bundle based on the threshold met for that particular shipment.

Thresholds and Rewards:

• Spend NT$100 or more: Receive 1 NT$10 shipping discount coupon.
• Spend NT$500 or more: Receive 10% off coupons for shipments to Mainland China (E-Express), Hong Kong/Macau, and International (1 coupon for each destination).

Event Terms and Conditions:

1.This event is limited to non-monthly billing customers (new members/existing members, limited to sender-paid orders) placing orders through the S.F. Express APP (Taiwan version).

2.The shipping service range is limited to Taiwan’s main island and excludes offshore islands. The actual service scope is subject to the information published on the official S.F. Express Taiwan website.

3."Completed delivery" is defined as the succesS.F.ul receipt of the shipment by the recipient during the event period, with no subsequent billing disputes or claims against the organizer.

4.Value-added service fees refer to all costs other than shipping fees, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, resource adjustment fees, remote area surcharges, and insurance fees.

5.Example for Offer 3 : During the event period, a member places an order through the S.F. Express App (Taiwan version) with shipping charges applied and completes delivery. The total cost of the shipment is NT$519, including: Shipping fee: NT$410; Fuel surcharge: NT$89; Resource adjustment fee: NT$20 Since the shipping fee alone (NT$410) does not meet the NT$500 minimum threshold, the order is only eligible for the NT$100 threshold reward, receiving 1 NT$10 discount coupon.

6.The S.F. Coupons cannot be tranS.F.erred to others, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for equivalent items.

7.Coupons must be used within the specified period. Expired coupons will be voided and will not be reissued.

8.To redeem the coupon during shipment, the sender must present the QR Code of the S.F. Coupon from the Taiwan S.F. Express App to be scanned by the organizer’s staff. After use, the coupon will immediately become invalid and cannot be reused. Only one coupon can be used per shipment, and monthly billing customers are not eligible to use coupons.

9.The shipping area for prizes is limited to Taiwan. An additional NT$150 mailing fee will be charged for offshore island areas. Prizes will not be shipped overseas. If the winner cannot claim the prize, it will be considered forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

10.LINE POINT CODE Usage Instructions:

 (2) URL-based LINE POINT CODE: Click the URL with parameters to complete the redemption.

 (3) Eligibility Requirements: Must be a Taiwan LINE app user.

-If you haven’t used the LINE app, please download and install it before proceeding.

-Use LINE login and ensure that email and password settings are configured.

-The mobile number and LINE account must belong to a Taiwan LINE user.

 (4) Validity and Inapplicability of POINT CODE:

-Used POINT CODEs cannot be reused.

-POINT CODEs have a validity period, and once expired, they can no longer be used. Points must be redeemed within 729 days from the issue date. Points must be used within 180 days after the last point acquisition. The organizer assumes no responsibility for expired or unusable codes.

 (5) Reissue of POINT CODE: If the POINT CODE is lost, stolen, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, it cannot be reissued.

11.The organizer will assist in handling the procedures related to the winners. As required by Taiwan’s tax laws, if the total prize amount exceeds NT$1,000, the prize value must be included in the individual's annual comprehensive income tax filing. Winners must provide a copy of their ID and complete the necessary receipts to claim their prize. If the winner is a corporate entity, please provide a photocopy of the company's certificate of registration change and the responsible person's ID copy. Additionally, the company’s official seals and invoice stamp must be affixed to the prize receipt form upon prize collection. For minors without an ID, a household registration copy and guardian's ID copy are necessary. If the total prize amount exceeds NT$20,000, a 10% tax deduction will be made.If the total prize amount exceeds NT$20,000, the winner shall bear a 10% prize tax, which will be withheld by the organizer in accordance with the law. If the winner is an individual not residing in Taiwan or a profit-seeking enterprise without a fixed place of business in Taiwan, a 20% prize tax shall apply. Should the winner refuse to comply with these tax regulations, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and will lose their eligibility to claim it.

12.The recipient and the prize claimant must be the same person. TranS.F.er or assignment of prize claims to others is not allowed.

13.The prize draw will be conducted under the witness of legal personnel to ensure fairness.

14.Winners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personal information. If incorrect information results in unreachable contact or prize delivery failure, the prize will be forfeited.

15.If a member performs an account cancellation through Personal Center > Logout > [Delete Account], please be aware that once the account is deleted, all shipment records, membership points, redeemed S.F. coupons, and all other information associated with that account will be permanently erased and cannot be restored. Taiwan S.F. Express will terminate the member’s rights and privileges, and the account and its related information cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Taiwan S.F. Express assumes no obligation to compensate or provide any form of reimbursement.

16.The organizer reserves the right to review the qualifications of participants in this event. If any participant is found to have used malicious computer programs or other methods that clearly violate the fairness of the event, or if the participant is deemed ineligible after verification or third-party reporting, the organizer may immediately revoke participation and winning qualifications and may reclaim prizes (or equivalent value). Participants shall have no right to object.

17.If, due to computer, network, telephone, technical issues, or other reasons not attributable to the organizer, any data submitted by participants is lost, incorrect, or damaged, resulting in invalid data, the organizer and its event team shall bear no legal responsibility, and neither participants nor winners shall have grounds for objection.

18.By participating in this event, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Should there be any unaddressed matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change event details without prior notice. In case of force majeure that results in changes to the prize content, S.F. EXPRESS (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent item. Winners must unconditionally accept any replacement prize.

19.For any unaddressed matters regarding prize description, the content stated on the prize notification shall prevail. Winners shall not request prize changes, cash exchanges, discounts, or any other adjustments.

20.By participating in this event, participants agree to abide by the event rules and terms. In the event of any violation, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the participant’s qualification and may claim compensation for any resulting damages.

21.If the event cannot be executed due to force majeure or other special circumstances, S.F. EXPRESS (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the event without bearing any compensation liability.

22.The personal data you provide (including name, phone number, and email address) will be used solely for customer service record keeping, data statistical analysis, courier services, marketing promotions, event notifications, and related collaborative business services. During the necessary period for these purposes, the company will limit the use of your personal data to within the service scope of S.F. EXPRESS (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. and will collect, process, and utilize it in paper form, electronic files, or any other appropriate means that comply with contemporary scientific and technological standards. You have the right to: (1) Request to inquire or view your data. (2) Request to obtain a copy. (3) Request to supplement or correct the data. (4) Request to cease collection, processing, or utilization, or to delete the data. If exercising the above rights results in a reduction of rights, the company shall not be held liable for related compensation.

23.If the event cannot be executed due to force majeure or other special circumstances, S.F. EXPRESS (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the event without bearing any compensation liability.

24.In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the promotional content, terms, and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

25.S.F. EXPRESS (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. reserves the right to modify the content, duration, terms, and conditions of the event.

26.Employees of Taiwan S.F. Express are not eligible to participate in this event.

27.In the case of any dispute, S.F. EXPRESS (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
