Promotion Details: During the Promotion Period, non-monthly billing customers who have registered on the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App and complete shipments will receive S.F. Coupons Loyalty Gift Pack. Customers who place orders and complete shipments through the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App during the Promotion Period can receive S.F. Coupon Gift Packs and membership points with no limit on the number of eligible shipments. Customers who complete three shipments in a week will receive additional S.F. Coupon Gift Packs and membership points. Customers who use the S.F. Coupons awarded in this Promotion to complete shipments will also be eligible for bonus prizes, including S.F. membership points and 7-ELEVEN Gift Cards.

 

Promotion Details:

[Bonus 1: “First Shipment Reward – Get an instant coupon”]

Members who log into the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App and successfully place and complete a shipment order during the Promotion Period will receive an S.F. Coupons Loyalty Gift Pack (3 S.F. Coupons worth NT$10 off each shipment). Each account is eligible to receive this gift once only.

*Customers placing orders must be members of the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App with completed membership information.


 

[Bonus 2: “Every Shipment Reward – Earn double rewards on every shipment”]

During the Promotion Period, members who place orders through the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App and complete shipment pickup (i.e. shipment successfully collected) will receive rewards for every eligible shipment with no limit on the number of times. After the shipment is successfully delivered and signed for, customers will receive an S.F. Coupon Gift Pack and double membership points.

Rewards:

  • Receive 2 S.F. Coupons: 1 coupon for 10% off shipments to Mainland China (E-Ship) and 1 coupon for 10% off international shipments
  • Membership points earned for the shipment will be doubled.

*Customers placing orders must be members of the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App with completed membership information.

*Bonus membership points are calculated as double the original points earned from the shipment. (Example: If a shipment originally earns 30 points, the member will receive 60 points after the shipment is successfully delivered and signed for during the Promotion Period.)

 

[Bonus 3: “Weekly Shipping Reward – Ship more each week to unlock extra rewards”]

During the Promotion Period, members who place orders through the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App and successfully complete three shipments in a week (i.e. shipments successfully collected) will receive S.F. Coupons and membership points.

Rewards:

  • Receive one coupon each for NT$10 off shipping to all destinations, 10% off shipments to Mainland China (EC Ship), 10% off shipments to Hong Kong and Macau, and 10% off international shipments.

  • Receive 100 membership points in the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App.

[S.F. Coupons Bonus Draw: “50 Grand Prizes Up for Grabs”]

During the Promotion Period, customers who use the S.F. Coupons awarded in this Promotion to place orders and complete shipments will be entered into a lucky draw. A total of 50 winners will be randomly selected based on waybill numbers to receive membership points and 7-ELEVEN Gift Cards. The 50 winners will be selected by September 11, 2026, and announced on the Organizer’s Promotion page at www.sf-express.com.tw.

Prizes:

  • Top 5 Winners: 20,000 membership points + NT$1,000 7-ELEVEN Gift Card
  • Next 10 Winners: 10,000 membership points + NT$500 7-ELEVEN Gift Card
  • Remaining 35 Winners: 1,000 membership points

 

*Membership points will be credited directly to the winner’s App account. Winners of the 7-ELEVEN Gift Card will be notified via the email address provided in their completed membership information and will receive the gift card after confirming their delivery address. Terms and Conditions:

1.This Promotion is only available to non-monthly billing customers (existing members) who place orders through the S.F. Express (Taiwan) App. Shipments must be sender-paid.

2.Shipment pickup service is limited to Taiwan’s main island and does not include offshore islands. The applicable service coverage shall be based on the information announced on the official S.F. Express (Taiwan) website.

3.For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “shipment successfully collected” means that the sender’s shipment has been paid for and successfully collected by an S.F. Express courier but has not yet been delivered and signed for. “Successfully Delivered and Signed For” means that the recipient has completed signing for the shipment during the Promotion Period, with no subsequent return, refund, billing dispute, or claim for compensation filed against the Organizer.

4.The S.F. Coupons awarded in this Promotion may not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or other items of equivalent value.

5.The S.F. Coupons awarded in this Promotion must be used within the specified validity period. Expired coupons will become invalid and will not be reissued.

6.To use an S.F. Coupon discount when sending a shipment, the payer must present the S.F. Coupon QR code displayed in the member’s S.F. Express (Taiwan) App on their mobile phone. The QR code must be scanned by the Organizer’s pickup or delivery personnel before the discount can be applied. Once used, the coupon will become invalid and cannot be reused. Only one S.F. Coupon may be used per shipment. Monthly billing customers are not eligible to use S.F. Coupons for discounts.

7.Event prizes will only be delivered within Taiwan. (An additional NT$150 shipping fee applies to offshore island areas.) The Organizer will not arrange prize delivery to overseas regions. Winners who are unable to receive their prizes will be deemed to have forfeited them, and replacement winners will be selected.

8.If any prizes are provided by external suppliers, customers should carefully review the relevant terms of use and instructions provided with the prizes before use. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any maintenance services related to the prizes provided in this Promotion and, in accordance with applicable laws, shall not be liable for any quality issues, defects, or claims arising from any products or services. If customers have any inquiries or disputes regarding the maintenance or repair of prizes, please contact the relevant supplier or organization directly.

9.The Organizer will assist with arrangements related to prize collection. According to Taiwan tax regulations, if the value of a prize exceeds NT$1,000, the prize will be reported as part of the winner’s annual individual income tax. Winners must therefore provide a copy of their identification card and complete and submit the required documentation before claiming the prize. Corporate winners must provide a copy of the company’s registration amendment certificate and the responsible person’s identification card, and affix the company seal and invoice stamp to the prize receipt when claiming the prize. Minor winners without an identification card must provide a copy of their household registration transcript and a copy of the identification card of a legal guardian. If the total taxable value of the prize exceeds NTD 20,000, the winner is responsible for a 10% prize tax, which will be withheld by the Organizer in accordance with applicable laws. Winners who are non-residents of Taiwan or profit-seeking enterprises without a fixed place of business in Taiwan are subject to a 20% prize tax. Failure to comply with the above tax requirements will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and the winner will no longer be eligible to receive it.

10.The person declaring the prize income and signing for receipt of the prize must be the winner. Prize claims may not be transferred, nor may the prize income be declared by another person.

11.The lucky draw will be conducted on the drawing date under the supervision of the Organizer’s legal representatives.

12.Please ensure that your personal information is accurate. If incorrect information prevents the Organizer from contacting you or delivering your prize, your prize entitlement will be deemed forfeited.

13.If a member selects “Cancel Account” under Personal Center > Sign-Out to cancel their account, please note that the account will be permanently deleted. Shipment records, membership points, redeemed S.F. Coupons, and all other account information cannot be restored. All membership rights will be terminated, and S.F. Express (Taiwan) shall have no obligation to provide any compensation or to restore the account or its associated rights.

14.The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Any participant found to have used malicious software or any other means that undermine the fairness of the Promotion, or otherwise found to be ineligible, may be disqualified immediately upon discovery by the Organizer or upon a valid report from a third party. The Organizer also reserves the right to recover any awarded prize, or its equivalent value, and no objection shall be accepted.

15.The Organizer and its promotion team shall not be liable for any loss, errors, damage, or invalidation of registration information resulting from computer, network, telephone, technical, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control. Participants and winners may not raise any objections in such cases.

16.By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, terminate, or interpret any part of the Promotion without prior notice. If any prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equivalent value. Winners must accept any substitute prize without objection.

17.Any matters not specified in the prize description shall be governed by the prize notification. Winners may not request to exchange, transfer, redeem for cash, discount, or otherwise alter any prize.

18.By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions and to seek compensation for any damages incurred.

19.The personal information you provide, including your name, telephone number, and email address, will be used solely for customer service records, statistical analysis, express delivery services, marketing activities, promotion notifications, and related business operations. For the duration necessary to fulfill the above purposes, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. may collect, process, and use your personal information in paper, electronic, or any other appropriate form, in accordance with applicable technology and solely within the scope of its business operations. You have the right to: (1) request access to or review your personal information; (2) request a copy; (3) request supplementation or correction; and (4) request the suspension of collection, processing, or use, or request deletion of your personal information. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of rights or benefits resulting from your exercise of the above rights.

20.If this Promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion without any liability for compensation.

21.In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, or any related materials, the Chinese version shall prevail.

22.S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Promotion content, promotion period, and these Terms and Conditions.

23.S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. also reserves the right to amend the prize details and redemption arrangements. In the event of any dispute, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

24.Employees of S.F. Express (Taiwan) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
