Adjustment of Delivery Services to the Mainland - Resumption of E-commerce Standard Express Service

  • In order to meet the needs of delivery services between Hong Kong and Mainland, starting from 20 May 2022, SFHK will further resume the E-commerce Standard Express service sent from Hong Kong and Macau regions to Mainland ^.


    SFHK will pay close attention to the epidemic prevention and control in the Mainland, and will resume all services as soon as conditions allow. We sincerely thank customers for their trusts and understandings.


    1. ^In response to the Mainland epidemic prevention and control measures, the delivery service in some areas are suspended. Please click here for more details. For the actual affected areas, please refer to the system reminder when placing orders.


    2. To use the E-commerce Standard Express service, sender must be a credit account customer and the freight has to be paid by sender using the credit account. Customer's e- platform needs to be integrated with the SF delivery system for placing orders, and the goods need to be sent to the SF’s Asia Logistics Hub in Tsing Yi, Hong Kong / SF Business Station in Rua Cinco Bairro Da Areia Preta, Macau (if pick up service is required, there will be an additional charges of HKD/MOP 5/shipment).

    3. In accordance to the Mainland's epidemic prevention and control policies, all shipments must be kept for 7 days upon arrival for disinfection. Therefore, transit time for all shipments will be extended accordingly.

    4. Tariff may incur for all shipments exporting from Hong Kong and Macau regions to the Mainland.
