Arrangement for the Temporary Emergency Surcharge

2022.1.19
  • Coronavirus outbreak continues around the world, and the logistics industry is facing severe challenges under the constraints on the capacity resources of import and export express shipments. Since the beginning of the epidemic, SFHK has been fully allocating resources of all parties and responding to changes in the epidemic through different emergency measures. Due to the epidemic control measures in the Mainland and the shortage of transportation resources during the period of Lunar New Year. Starting from 20 January 2022, SFHK will levy a Temporary Emergency Surcharge to ensure stable and high-quality delivery services to customers.

From 20 January 2022, the Temporary Emergency Surcharge will apply on documents and parcels sent from Hong Kong and Macau regions to the Mainland, which will be adjusted according to different time periods.
