Delivery Standards of Delivery Services to Mainland China

  • Delivery standards of common types of items from Hong Kong and Macau regions to Mainland China^ are as follows:

    Common Types of Items

    Company Parcel (Sender and Receiver both as companies)

    Personal Parcel (Sender as a company or an individual, receiver as an individual)

    • Must upload front and back copy of the recipient's identification document
      (Image size not exceeding 3M; in jpg or png format)
    • Provide shopping receipt (Accept online cap-screen)
    • 10 types of items or below, 10 pieces or below for each type of items
    • Declared value of a parcel containing 2 or more items shall not exceed RMB 2000
    • Declared value of a parcel containing 1 single and indivisible item can exceed RMB 2000
    COVID-19 test kit

    Infant Formulas for 36 months or below (E.g. for 1-3+ formulas)

    • Export License issued by Trade and Industry Department (Note*) must be provided, click here for details
    • Documents are needed for formal declaration; please call Customer Service Hotline for pick-up service arrangement

     

    Note*:

    Trade and Industry Department would, in general, only issue Export Licence to importers of food who are :

    (i)            registered as a food importer of powdered formula under Food Safety Ordinance (Cap 612) with a valid food importer registration number; or

    (ii)           exempted under Cap 612 section 4(3)(a) with a valid food importer registration (notice of exemption) number.  Please note that the exporter is required to produce a copy of the relevant import invoice in support of the Export Licence application to prove that the powdered formula has been imported into Hong Kong.

     

    For formulas does not belong to the above (E.g. 4+, adult, healthy or maternity formula)

    • Documents are needed for formal declaration; please call Customer Service Hotline for pick-up service arrangement

    Masks

    Protective Suits

    Declared value exceeding / equals to RMB 5,000 or weighing 30kg or above

    Declared value under RMB 5,000 or weighing below 30kg

    • Mail as normal company parcel (If the protective suits are medical article, formal declaration is needed)
    • Does not exceed 5 sets per waybill

    Disposable gloves

    Declared value exceeding / equals to RMB 5,000 or weighing 30kg or above

    • Documents are needed for formal declaration; please call Customer Service Hotline for pick-up service arrangement

     

    Declared value under RMB 5,000 or weighing below 30kg

    • Mail as normal company parcel (If the gloves are medical article, formal declaration is needed)
    • Does not exceed 400 pieces per waybill

    Goggles

    Declared value exceeding / equals to RMB 5,000 or weighing 30kg or above

    • Documents are needed for formal declaration; please call Customer Service Hotline for pick-up service arrangement

     

    Declared value under RMB 5,000 or weighing below 30kg

    • Mail as normal company parcel (If the goggles are medical article, formal declaration is needed)
    • Does not exceed 5 pairs per waybill
