Notice: Vietnam Adjusts Customs Fee

In accordance with Circular No. 86/2025/TT-BTC, issued by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance, since 12 October, 2025, Vietnam Customs fee for imported goods sent via express delivery or postal services will be adjusted as follows:
- Formal Entry（CIF≥1,000,000 VND） reduce from 20,000 VND/HAWB to 10,000 VND/HAWB
- Informal Entry（CIF＜1,000,000 VND）start to charge 10,000 VND/HAWB
