Notice of Shipment Storage Surcharge

In order to utilize resources, “Shipment Storage Surcharge” will be in effect from 1 November, 2017. Once shipments are stored over the free storage period, Shipment Storage Surcharge will be implemented with calculation based on the weight of parcels and the number of days stored, details are as below:

Definition of Shipment Storage
The first 6 days (from the day customer first receives SMS notification or contacted by our courier) are defined as Free Storage Period.
Shipment Storage Surcharge will be implemented starting from the 7th day stored in S.F. Express due to customer reason.

Maximum charges: 30 days
Applicable Scope
All shipments to Hong Kong or Macau
#More than 0.5kg and less than 1kg will be counted as 1kg.
