Notice of Temporarily Restoration of Tariff Exemptions for Low-value Goods from mainland China and Hong Kong SAR

On 7 February, 2025, Eastern Standard Time, the U.S. government announced that it would temporarily resume the implementation of the "321" clause and the "T86" customs clearance model for goods from mainland China and Hong Kong SAR. The duration of the restoration remains unknown.

Based on the above information, please note:
1.The duty-free De Minimis treatment and the Type 86 are temporarily restored until further notice from the U.S. government.
2.For international e-commerce and international express delivery products, the tariffs on the goods currently delivered will depend on the actual expense.
