    E-comm Box service is open to all customers now. Simply inform SF staff that you wish to use “E-comm Box” service when mailing to enjoy the below fixed charge*!

    • Direction: Hong Kong to Hong Kong/Macau to Macau
    • Shipment: Packages only
    • Weight Limit: 20kg or below^

    ^SF Service Partners - Small-sized Chain Stores & Individual Stores’ weight limitation may varies.

    This service is charged at fixed rate depending on the size of parcel. Customers may choose to use SF Packing Materials or self-prepared packing materials. Service Charge:

    SF Packing Material F2 Carton / F2s Carton OR Total length, width and height of self-prepared packing material ≤60cm

    • Weight Limitation: ≤20kg
    • Service Charge: HKD/MOP33

     

    SF Packing Material F4 Carton / XL Packing Bag OR Total length, width and height of self-prepared packing material ≤100cm

    • Weight Limitation: ≤20kg
    • Service Charge: HKD/MOP58

     

    SF Packing Material F6 Carton / F6s Carton OR Total length, width and height of self-prepared packing material ≤140cm

    • Weight Limitation: ≤20kg
    • Service Charge: HKD/MOP98

     

    The above service charge does not include SF Packing Materials, please purchase additionally if needed.

  • Notice for Use

    *The minimum service quantity is 5 shipments per order, this restriction is exempted during the promotion period.
