Delivery Confirmation Signature Required

  • Service Introduction

    Delivery Confirmation Signature Required Service will require the local service provider SF works with to request for a signature before releasing the shipment and to provide printed confirmation of delivery including the signature. The signature so obtained shall constitute sufficient proof of delivery of the shipment.

    Shipping From Hong Kong/Macau

    Applicable products and delivery range：

    InternationalStandard Express+(GE+): USA, Canada，U.K.

    SF Economy Express(EE): USA

    Note:

    1.the Delivery Confirmation Signature Required Service is not applicable to FBA business.

    2.The following U.S. overseas territories and free states are temporarily not applicable: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico). The specific results are subject to the postal code query.

  • Charges

     

    Charged by piece

    Price:HKD/MOP 25 per piece（During the promotion period, HKD/MOP 20 per piece，until further notice)）

    Payment method：Paid by shipper(credit account/cash)，and must be consistent with the freight payment method.

    Note:

    (a) Charge by piece, for example, if there are 3 pieces per ticket, the charge is 20 yuan/piece times 3 pieces = 60HKD/MOP.

    (b) If you want to send multiple packages at the same time and require "Delivery Confirmation Signature Required" or not, please place separate orders.
