In response to the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po yesterday, SF Group shares the profound grief felt by all Hong Kong citizens. To support rescue and recovery efforts, we have swiftly activated emergency measures, donating HKD 20 million to provide medical assistance and essential supplies for families and individuals affected by the fire. Starting from 27 November, all 146 SF Stores across Hong Kong will extend their service hours to assist with the transportation of supplies and support operations. A 24-hour support hotline has also been established to coordinate free logistics services.

SF Group has initiated an emergency response with an immediate donation of HKD 20 million to support medical care and daily necessities for affected residents.SFHK has already been addressing requests from organizations and charitable groups from various district for supply transportation, arranging dedicated vehicles to transport items from collection points directly to those in need. The company has also launched a "Post-Disaster Support Plan," integrating resources to fully support frontline rescue and recovery efforts.
SF Stores Open for Voluntary Donation Collection and Free Transportation
Starting today, all 146 SF Stores in Hong Kong will extend their service hours until 10:00 PM and will voluntarily collect emergency supplies, including toiletries, bedding, sanitary products, data SIM cards, chargers, clothing, and medical supplies. Citizens are welcome to drop off relevant items at their nearest SF Stores. The company will provide free transportation and coordinate with multiple charitable organizations and district groups to distribute supplies to affected residents in batches. Additionally, SF Stores will offer free packaging materials such as sealing tape and carton boxes for those in need.
Volunteer Team Established for Rescue Support with 24-Hour Hotline
To address ongoing and future support and recovery needs, SFHK is actively forming a volunteer team, mobilizing a large number of employees to assist in various rescue operations. In addition to on-site support, SF will provide free transportation services for charitable organizations and assist in locating missing family members and offering related support.
