Special Service Arrangements to the United States

In response to the current situation of Severe Respiratory Disease associated with a Novel Infectious Agent, some non-essential business operations are closed in the United States. It is recommended that sender should ensure accuracy of the recipient’s address and confirm whether the address is restricted access before sending the shipments to the United States. With immediate effect, shipments from Hong Kong and Macau regions to the United States (Standard Express+ and SF Economy Express) will have special service arrangement until further notice, details are as follows:
(1) If the recipient’s address is restricted access and will re-open in 9 days, the delivery service will be re-arranged.
(2) Shipments will be returned to the sender if the recipient’s address is closed indefinitely and the costs incurred for the return will be borne by the freight payer.
