Dear Customer,
To help ensure the timely delivery of your valuable shipments, we encourage you to make use of our Pre-Clearance Service. Please prepare the required customs declaration documents and submit your application to the Pre-Clearance Service team before your shipment arrives in the destination country, allowing us sufficient time to process your request efficiently. Thank you.

Pre-Clearance Service service hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:00; Saturday: 09:00–12:00
Please provide the following documents. Sample forms are available on the S.F. Express website under Customer Area > Useful Forms.
(1) Import Declaration Checklist & Service Payment Agreement
(2) Commercial Invoice (must include the names and addresses of both the buyer and seller, trade terms, item descriptions, quantities, units, specifications, unit prices, and total amounts)
(3) Packing List (must include the names and addresses of both the buyer and seller, item descriptions, quantities, units, specifications, gross weight, net weight, and packing details for each carton)
(4) Power of Attorney (not required if a Long-Term Power of Attorney has already been filed)
