Delivery to Floor Fee for Hong Kong/Macau

  • Service Introduction

    Due to certain delivery addresses in Hong Kong and Macau (e.g., Tong Lau) not having elevators or lifts, or when elevators/lifts are out of service, couriers are required to use stairs to provide delivery/moving services to the customer's floor.

    [Size Restrictions]:Single side length ≤ 1.6 meters;Total length, width, and height ≤ 3 meters;If these limits are exceeded, stair delivery service cannot be arranged.

  • Service Coverage

    Applicable to all deliveries to Hong Kong/Macau.

  • Payment Method

    HKD/MOP 30 per floor

    (In principle, the delivery-to-floor fee supports payment upon delivery, monthly cash on delivery, or billing to a third-party account. In special cases where the payer is outside of the Hong Kong/Macau delivery area (e.g., Taiwan), the fee will be converted to the local currency of the payment location according to the monthly exchange rate, based on the above fee standards.

  • Charging Rules

    1. The delivery address does not have an elevator, or the elevator is out of service; and

    2. The courier needs to use stairs to complete the delivery; and

    3. The chargeable weight of the shipment is ≥ 20KG

    *All three conditions must be met for the delivery-to-floor fee to apply.
