This collaboration will further enhance the e-commerce shopping experience for Hong Kong consumers, leveraging SFHK’s professional expertise and service advantages in e-commerce logistics to offer high-quality, reliable, and flexible options.
Collaborating to Create a New Cross-Border Online Shopping Choice, Delivering as Fast as the Next Day
Starting March, Hong Kong customers shopping on Taobao Hong Kong can directly select “SF Consolidation” as their cross-border logistics provider. Once parcels arrive at the consolidation warehouse, users can merge orders as needed and pay the shipping fee. SFHK will then deliver the goods directly to the provided Hong Kong address. The shipping fee is CNY 17.9 for the first kilogram and CNY 3.9 for every additional 0.5 kilogram, with no residential surcharge applied. The “SF Consolidation” option and process on the Taobao platform will be more convenient, allowing customers to complete orders effortlessly at the checkout page. With door-to-door delivery services covering all of Hong Kong, consolidated orders can reach users as fast as the next day.
