To match the pace of life in Hong Kong, SF Locker’s Self-Drop Delivery Service has been upgraded, and it now supports self-drop delivery by SFHK APP members at SF Locker, providing the most comprehensive self-service delivery experience. Whether you are a commuter with a busy schedule or someone working night shifts, you can easily meet your delivery needs without coordinating time or arranging trips.
Comprehensively Introduce 24-Hour[1] Self-Drop Delivery Mode Exclusive New, Convenient and Fast Experience in Hong Kong
Previously, sending parcels requires waiting for a courier after placing an order or personally visiting a store, which is limited by service hours. Now, SFHK has opened the “SF Locker’s Self-Drop Delivery Service” to members, creating an exclusive self-drop delivery mode in Hong Kong, offering 24-hour service. People can use it anytime, day or night. Leveraging SFHK’s extensive self-operated network, the first phase will open 700+ SF Lockers across Hong Kong for customers to send parcels, supporting both pay by sender and pay by receiver payment, bringing a newly innovative and convenient experience.
Comprehensive Network Upgrade Fully Automated One-Stop Service
This service upgrade is not only open to all SFHK members but also expands to 700+ lockers supporting parcel sending. After downloading the SFHK APP and registering as a member, customers can enter「Ship」and click「SF Locker」, and fill in the shipping details as prompted. It supports local delivery, and customers can freely choose to deliver their parcels from SF lockers to SF self-operated network points, SF designated partner points, or directly to door. Payment includes pay by sender, pay by sender’s credit account or pay by receiver. For pay by sender or pay by receiver, activation of 「SFHK Prepaid Card」and topping up record of at least HK$1 are required. There are six electronic payment tools available for shipping fee payment.
After placing the order successfully, a delivery code will be generated in SFHK APP. The code will be available for 48 hours. Customers could check available grids of the selected locker, and then bring the packaged parcel to the SF lockers that provides self-drop delivery service. Click 「Parcel Delivery」 on the screen and agree the Terms and Conditions. Enter the verification code, Follow the instructions on locker screen to place the parcel in the designated grid and complete the shipping process. If the parcel is successfully put into the locker before 5pm on weekdays or 4pm on weekends, it will be delivered the next day. Service charges are as follows:

Women’s Online Store Operator: Solving Delivery Troubles, Able to Ship Anytime at Night
Ms. Lau is an e-commerce worker running a women’s clothing store online. Since her customer base consists of young office workers, many customers often place orders during lunch breaks or at night. Therefore, she used to send parcels to the delivery point every afternoon. “But customers who place orders at night have to wait until the next day to receive logistics updates.
