SF Express (Hong Kong) (SFHK) has always been committed to providing customers with convenient and reliable logistics services. In order to meet the growing demands for efficient deliveries, SFHK has announced an upgrade on its local courier service today - namely the “Same day pickup and delivery service” featuring a time guarantee. With this service upgrade on board, delivery time is now guaranteed, or the captioned express rate will be refunded. It will be applicable to both local documents and parcels and will be first launched in designated industrial and commercial areas, with an aim to offer cost-effective logistics experiences to industrial and commercial enterprises in particular, opening up a new world of opportunities to support their business development.
Featuring “Time Guarantee” delivery on the same day with a “money-back” guarantee
Starting from today, documents or parcels that are sent out on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays), with both shipping and receiving addresses within designated industrial and commercial areas, will enjoy the “Same day pickup and delivery service”. Any express shipments picked up by consignment before 12:00 nn or any orders placed at SF Express Business Stations before 12:30 pm will be guaranteed to arrive by 6:00 pm on the same day. If the delivery arrives outside the quoted time commitment, the express rate paid by the customer will be refunded*. There will be no additional charge for this upgrade and the current price list applies: local documents from HK$13, local packages from HK$30.Now available in designated industrial and commercial areas and to be extended to residential areas
SFHK prioritizes customer expectations and experiences on logistics services and understands what an time delivery means to our customers. The upgraded service extensively covers major industrial and commercial districts on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, including most areas along the MTR lines, such as Central, Sheung Wan, Admiralty, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point, Quarry Bay, Shau Kei Wan, Sai Wan Ho, Tai Koo, Chai Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Olympic, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan, Lai Chi Kok, Kwun Tong, Kowloon Bay, Yau Tong, San Po Kong, Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi and Kwai Chung as well as remote areas such as Wong Chuk Hang, Tuen Mun, Long Ping, Shek Mun, Fo Tan, Tai Wo, Fanling, Sheung Shui and as far as Chek Lap Kok Airport. ^ If the parcel is sent out after the designated time on Mondays to Fridays or on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, it will be delivered in accordance with the regular transit time of local SF Speedy Express.
* If it is confirmed that the delivery is delayed by SFHK, the customer can apply for a refund (excluding the value-added service fee).
