Promoting Simple Mid-Autumn Gift Boxes to Customers and Encouraging Reuse with Cash Coupons
In line with the company’s support for sustainable development, SFHK has chosen simple packaging for Mid-Autumn gift boxes this year to give to customers, employees, and partners. Collaborating with mooncake and tea brands, SFHK has introduced Mid-Autumn gift boxes with an eco-friendly design concept. Besides using SF Express cardboard boxes to reduce excessive packaging, the mooncake boxes also come with a HKD $3 shipping discount coupon. Customers can reuse the box for their next shipment to enjoy an immediate HKD $3 discount on shipping fees, promoting resource recycling and raising public environmental awareness while reducing ecological impact.
Limited-Time Mid-Autumn Flash Event: Chance to Win Limited Mid-Autumn Gift Boxes
SFHK APP Member Center and Facebook page (sfexpresshk) are also hosting a Mid-Autumn flash event. Customers can obtain SF Mid-Autumn gift boxes through points redemption and lucky draws. Members can redeem the gift box with 18,888 points on the “Points Redemption” page in the SFHK APP Member Center. After selecting the gift and clicking “Redeem Now,” they can choose a gift redemption center to collect the limited Mid-Autumn gift box. Upon successful redemption, a gift barcode will be displayed on the page, which customers can show to staff at the selected redemption point to collect the gift box before the expiration date. Leveraging Industry Advantages and Network Resources to Achieve Sustainable Development
SFHK adheres to the group’s vision of a “Zero Carbon Future,” integrating low-carbon and environmental protection concepts into daily operations. Ms. Charlize Liu, Head of Public Affairs and Communications at SFHK, stated, “To celebrate a green Mid-Autumn Festival with the public, the company actively supports low-carbon waste reduction this year by using simple yet distinctive Mid-Autumn gift box packaging and offering shipping discount coupons to encourage reuse and recycling. Through the ‘Mooncake Donation and Recycling Program’ organized in collaboration with Food Angel, leftover mooncakes will be shared with those in need, adding special meaning to this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival.”
In addition to reusable cardboard boxes, SFHK previously launched the “SF EcoSmart Shipping Bag Recycling Reward Programme” and packaging guidelines to reduce waste, working with customers to contribute to environmental protection. The company will continue to explore and implement various environmental possibilities, promote more eco-friendly and durable packaging materials, introduce low-carbon and efficient new energy vehicle fleets, and carry out various environmental activities at its stores, leveraging industry advantages and network resources to build a zero-carbon future together with customers.
