Service as Usual During Chinese New Year: Service Arrangement of Delivery and SF Stores on 2026 Chinese New Year Holiday

(Hong Kong, February 12, 2026) As the Lunar New Year approaches, S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“SFHK”) continues its tradition of providing year-round service. To celebrate the festive season with customers and the public, SFHK will maintain normal operations during the Chinese New Year (CNY) period and will waive the CNY Surcharge for shipments originating from Hong Kong and Macau.
Normal Pickup and Delivery Operations; SF Self-operated Outlets to Remain Open
All pickup and delivery services, including cold chain delivery, will remain operational during the Lunar New Year. In addition to door-to-door services, customers can continue to send and receive parcels at selected SF Business Stations, SF Service Points, and SF Lockers. Remark:
1. Due to customs clearance holiday arrangements at different ports, cross-border delivery services may be adjusted due to customs clearance time.
2. No import and export service between Hong Kong and Macau from 17 to 19 February 2026.
3. Medication Delivery and Airport Check-in and Baggage Delivery Service are normal products to ensure user needs.
Waiving CNY Surcharge to Maintain Daily Convenience Year-Round
Ms. Charlize Liu, Head of Public Affairs and Communications at SFHK, stated: “SFHK’s courier services have long been an integral part of the public's daily lives. This year, we remain committed to our year-round service pledge and have specially waived the CNY surcharge for shipments departing from Hong Kong and Macau. Beyond our core express business, we are fully supporting critical livelihood needs, such as pharmaceutical delivery and Airport Baggage Delivery services, ensuring citizens can enjoy festive celebrations with uninterrupted convenience.”
