    In the face of the well-known impacts from the severe epidemic situation, we are sorry that our services recently fell short of customer expectations.As the epidemic is getting intense, SFHK has to face unpredictable conditions every day, and at the same time has to cope with the surge in demand by mobilizing all available personnel, but yet the demand still cannot be met. At present, the company's overall operations are under enormous pressure, and all frontline colleagues are overloaded. The customer service center is handling over ten thousand calls from anxious customers every day, working hard to appease their uneasy emotions. We are well aware that there are still many deficiencies and room for improvement, we are always thankful for the valuable feedback at all time.
