Adjustment Notice of Shipment Cut-off Time

In response to the continued severity of the epidemic, under the influence of the local epidemic and related control measures, in order to ensure the safety of employees and customers, SFHK can only provide limited services at present. With immediate effect, the cut-off time for express shipments will be adjusted accordingly. The cut-off time for commercial and industrial areas will be adjusted from 19:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday), and the cut-off time on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday remain unchanged at 16:00. The cut-off time for orders in residential and remote areas* is adjusted from 17:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Sunday and public holiday). Customers can check the real-time status of the shipment through the "Tracking" function on SFHK's official website and SFHK APP to check the latest status of the shipment.
We encourage customers to use contactless delivery service as much as possible, by using SF Lockers for pick-up, or through SFHK network with more than 1,000 network points for self-pick up and drop off services.

In addition, due to the impact of the local epidemic and related control measures on delivery operations, the transit time for all shipments will not be guaranteed until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

*The adjustment of the order cut-off time in residential and remote areas is only applicable to the areas marked in red in the Map of the SFHK Local Delivery Speed Up.
