Announcement on Changes in the Method of Earning Points for SFHK Members

From 1 July, 2025, the method of earning SFHK APP member points will change. Details are as follows:
Members can earn points through the following ways:
1) Complete Setup
Enter to "My SF" to complete the set up.
2) Ship-and-Receive Reward
In the event of cash settlement upon sending or delivery,
- As a “Payer” in the waybill, members are entitled to 1 point for every HK$1 spent. (Cash-on-delivery fees, other duties, and taxes will not be included. The spending amount will be based on the net amount, and any deductions from discounts, cash vouchers, coupons, or promotional codes will not be included.)
- As a "Non-Payer" in the waybill, members are entitled to half the points corresponding to the "Payer" member.
In the event of credit account settlement upon sending or delivery,
- As a "Non-Payer" in the waybill, members can earn 10 points per order. (For Pinduoduo, Taobao and Tmall shipments, members can earn 5 points per order regardless of whether they are the "Payer" and/or "Non-Payer" in the waybill.)
3) Birthday Points Privileges
- Receive a one-time bonus of 1000 points in your birthday month.
- Earn Birthday 2X Bonus Points on “Ship-and-Receive Reward” during your birthday month!
4) Self-Pick up Limited Time Reward
- Earn an additional 200 points for each parcel self-picked up at SFHK Network Points within 4 hours from the time SFHK sent the first pickup notification, or
- Earn an additional 100 points for each parcel self-picked up at SFHK Network Points within 24 hours from the time SFHK sent the first pickup notification
5) Promotional Campaign
