Charges for Cold Chain Shipments Insulation Materials

In response to environmental protection and encourage recycling, starting from 1 June 2023, an additional fee will be charged if customer requests to obtain the insulated bag or ice pack for self-drop off/self-pick up of Cold Chain shipments at designated SF self-operated network points^.

- The above charges are only applicable to Hong Kong locally.
- This charging mode is only applicable to the self-drop off/self-pick up of Cold Chain shipments at SFHK self-operated network points, and other shipments will not be affected.
- The above Cold Chain Insulated Materials are not for retail and only can be used for SF Cold Chain shipments.
SF’s Terms and Conditions of Cold Chain Carriage shall apply.^Designated SFHK self-operated network points are SF Business Station and SF Store with Frozen/Chilled Pickup Service.
