Latest Service Arrangements under the Epidemic – Limited Service Available in Some of the Areas

  • The fifth wave of COVID-19 in Hong Kong continues to be severe, SFHK is still sticking to its post and doing its best to serve our customers. Starting from 15 March 2022, to-door services will be resumed to customers in industrials and commercial areas^, other limited services remain unchanged. In the face of various challenging environments and uncontrollable factors, services may adjusted according to different situations. We are very grateful to our customers and the public for their understanding and support to SFHK.

     

    SFHK current service adjustments are as follows:

    1. Starting from 15 March 2022, to-door services will be resumed to customers in industrials and commercial areas^. Understand customers will have the needs on delivery services, we encourage our customers using self-pick up and drop off services at more than 1,000 SF network points to avoid waiting, also the timeliness of using this service is more controllable and convenient. During this difficult period, the company is facing the rapid rise of operation costs, but the company continues to adhere customer-oriented principle, no additional surcharges will be charged on top of the self-drop off and pick up services and keeping the service fees unchanged, overcoming difficult times with customers.

    2. The current epidemic has affected the operation of delivery to various degrees. The transit time of all shipments will not be guaranteed, we sincerely thank customers for their great understanding.


    3. Customers who place an order through SFHK APP, WeChat or Official Website will receive a prompt reminder showing "To-door delivery suspension" if the address is situated at the non-industrial and commercial areas. Customers can learn more about the real-time status of their shipments from "Tracking" function on SFHK's official website and SFHK APP. 

     

    Note: If the customer's mailing or delivery address is not a commercial and industrial address, the self-pickup and drop off service will be maintained (if using any of the SF Network Points, customer must fill in the SF Network Point code in the sender or recipient address field when placing the order).
