Notice of Adjustment on SF Retention Service Fee

To optimize efficiency of express delivery and improve service quality, and continue to support public welfare and social sustainable development, starting from 1 July, 2025, SFHK will adjust the service fee of "SF Retention Service" in Hong Kong .
1. Pick up at SF Stores
If customers who choose to pick up their parcels at SF Stores is unable to pick them up within the first 2 days* of the SFHK APP pick up notification from our system, he or she will be charged for HK$15 for every 1 day*. The cost will be accumulated every day.
*The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
2. Pick up at SF Lockers
For parcels collected from SF Lockers after the first 24 hours of SFHK APP pick up notification from our system, an accumulative fee of HK$15 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter.
SF Retention Service Fee is a storage and administrative service fee incurred when the collection period is overdue. SFHK will use the revenue generated from this fee for purposes of charitable and sustainable social development. Through “SF Return Benefit” community care program, SFHK will proactively engage in charitable causes through launching and participating in various kinds of sustainable development activities such as community outreach and environmental protection, to co-create a better and sustainable society with the general public and our customers.
Note: If a shipment has incurred SF Retention Service Fee on or before 30 June , and the customer picks up the shipment at the SF Store on or after 1 July, the SF Retention Service Fees for that shipment will be calculated based on the new price standard.
