Notice of Cut-off Time Extension on to-Door Pickup Service of Residential and Remote Area

Effective from 1 May 2020 (Friday), the to-door pick up# cut-off time of Hong Kong Residential and Remote Area (Ma Wan and special remote area excluded^) will be extended to 17:00 (Monday to Friday) and 16:00 (Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays). To-Door pickup service will be arranged to next day if order is made after the cut-off time.
# The cut-off time of Pickup Authorizationremains the same as at 15:00 (Monday to Friday), 13:00 (Saturday) and suspend service on Sunday and Statutory Holidays.
^The cut-off time of To-Door pickup service of Ma Wan remains the same as at 13:00 (Monday to Friday) and 12:00 (Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays).
The cut-off time of To-Door pickup service of special remote area (Discovery Bay, Mui Wo, Pui O, Tong Fu, Shek Pik, Ngong Ping, Tai O) remains the same as at 15:00 (Monday to Friday) and 14:00 (Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays).
