Notice of Remote Pick Up Surcharge

To meet the market changes and make resource allocation more efficient to provide service with higher quality and more convenience, starting from 17 March 2025, a Remote Pick Up Surcharge will be charged for pick up at SF Service Partner Point or SF Locker in designated areas in Hong Kong. The relevant details are as follows:

Remark:
1. “Remote Pick Up Surcharge” depends on the location where the shipment is finally delivered; "Remote Pick Up Surcharge" will only be charged once for each shipment.
2. Starting from 20 February 2025, the service name of “Remote Surcharge” will be changed to "Remote To-door Surcharge".
