Due to adverse weather conditions, the service arrangements for 24 September, 2025 will be as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- The collection and delivery services in Hong Kong and macau will be temporarily suspended, until the gale or storm signal No. 8 or above is cancelled.
- SF Store will be temporarily closed when gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above is in effect.
- Some SF Lockers will suspend service until the gale or storm signal No. 8 or above is cancelled.

- Online customer service, service hotlines (852) 2730 0273 and (852) 2929 2929 have been adjusted to 08:00-18:00.
