Notice of Service Arrangement in the Times of Adverse Weather

  • In adverse weather conditions, SFHK will make the following special services arrangement:

    Strong Wind Signal No. 3 or below, Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal

    *If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still in effect before the start of business hours, the service time of SF Business Stations and SF Stores may be delayed.

    #SF Business Stations and SF Stroes will continue to operate until two hours* after the issue of No.8 gale or storm signal.

     

    If the time of two hours after the T8 or higher signal's issue exceeds the normal business hours, the store will close according to the regular schedule. The shipment transit time will be delayed. Customers should pay attention to the announcement of Hong Kong Observatory.

     

    When T8 or higher signal is cancelled, SF Business Stations, SF Stores and delivery service will resume in 2 hours, except for the below situations,

    - SF Business Stations and delivery service will keep suspending if it is cancelled at or after 4:00 pm.

    - SF Stores will keep close if it is cancelled within 3 hours before the end of business hours.

     

    Note: SF Business Stations and SF Stroes will follow the venue's standard operating hours if there are specific requirements of the venue's business hours. SFHK will adjust service arrangements and the business hours of SF Business Stations and SF Stores according to the actual situation, with the specific details subject to official website announcements.
