The service hours of customer service hotline and online customer service in Hong Kong and Macau regions will be adjusted from 1 April 2020 (Wednesday) until further notice, details are as below:
Customer Service Hotline
08:00 – 19:00 (Monday to Sunday)
Online Customer Service
09:00 – 20:30 (Monday to Friday)
09:00 – 20:00 (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
