Notice on Adjustment of the shipment order from Hong Kong/Macau to Saudi Arabia

Due to the latest regulatory requirements from the Government of Saudi Arabia, all shipments to Saudi Arabia must provide the correct recipient’s Short Address when placing an order starting from 26 December, 2025.
The Short Address is issued by Saudi Post (SPL) and serves as the unique address identifier within Saudi Arabia. It consists of "4 English letters + 4 Arabic numerals" (e.g., RHWA3184). It is linked to the national official address system, and is used for precise delivery location.
To ensure smooth shipment processing, please notify recipients in advance to register and obtain their Short Address via the official Saudi Post website: https://splonline.com.sa/en/national-address-1/ (accessible only within Saudi Arabia local network environment).
In the event of any discrepancy between the Short Address and the detailed address due to current technical limitations, you acknowledge and agree that delivery will be based on the detailed address provided.
Orders cannot be placed without providing the correct Short Address. If your company integrates via API, please include the Short Address when submitting orders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
