Notification of the recipient information requirements to be provided for shipments import into Indonesia

According to the latest clearance requirements of the Indonesian customs, with effect from 1 August 2021, the recipient’s ID number or corporate tax number must be provided for customs clearance. Customers are required to provide relevant information in time, or the transit time of the shipment might be affected due to incomplete customs clearance information and the customer shall bear the loss caused by the delay.
- Please select one of the following ID types and provide the corresponding number
Indonesian ID card, passport, Indonesian driving license, Indonesian limited residence permit or Indonesian permanent residence permit.
- If the recipient is a company, please provide the corresponding company tax code.
