In order to improve our service quality, we are conducting a trial run for pre-recorded voice call to confirm the delivery schedule and self-pickup location.
Customers in Fanling and Sheung Shui districts (852A) may receive incoming calls, displayed as 3941 7700, about delivery schedule and self-pickup location starting 31 July to 31 August 2018.
During the call, customers only have to pick one of the three options. We will NOT ask for any customer personal or waybill information and will NOT instantly forward the call to customer service hotline.
