SFHK Helps to Send Your Mid-Autumn Blessing

The Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, SFHK understands the difficulties of sending seasonal blessing to relative and friends under the epidemic.From 28July 2022 onwards, customers not only can send mooncake products locally, but also can send through SF-eship (C2C Personal Postal) with declared value of less than RMB 800 per shipment to the Mainland. SFHK helps you send and share blessing with your love ones in this special season!
- Period: 28 July 2022 to 3 September 2022 (Except sending to Beijing city^)
- Consignment: Mooncake Products* (Ice cream mooncake, snowy mooncake and mooncakes contain with meat are excluded)
- Service: SF-eship (C2C Personal Postal)
- Declared Value: ≦RMB 800/ shipment
(Example: A box of mooncake with retail price in HKD 150, then one shipment can contain no more than 6 boxes.) - Surcharge (Mooncake Products): HKD8/ Shipment
- Temporary Emergency Surcharge: HKD25/Shipment
Remarks:
Customer must upload the shopping invoice or shopping screen cap (no proforma invoice is allowed) and recipient’s identification document by visiting the Customs Clearance Service on SFHK official website or the custom page in SFHK APP. Customer also shall bear the time delay in examination and related cost caused by the mismatch in the declaration.
*Sending mooncake products to the Mainland is subject to local policies and regulations. Some mooncake products may be prohibited from posting. For details, please contact our staff or customer service for enquiries.
^If the destination of the parcel is Beijing city, the last shipping day for mooncake is 29 August 2022.
