Service Arrangement of S.F. Service Centers and S.F. Stores under Severe Weather

If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, S.F Service Centers and S.F. Stores will operate as usual. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, services of S.F Service Centers and S.F. Stores will be suspended immediately. Customers should pay attention to the announcement of Hong Kong Observatory.
If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 is canceled, S.F. Service Centers and S.F. Stores will resume operation under the following conditions:
