Service Arrangement on SF Business Stations and SF Stores under Severe Weather

If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the delivery service, SF Business Stations and SF Stores will operate as usual; when 1 hour before Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is expected to come into effect, the services of SF Business Stations, SF Stores, and the delivery service will be suspended, the shipment transit time will also be delayed. Customers should pay attention to the announcement of Hong Kong Observatory.
When typhoon signal 8 is lowered, SF Business Stations, SF Stores and the delivery service will resume in 2 hours, except for the below conditions,
- SF Business Stations and the delivery service will keep suspending if typhoon signal 8 is lowered at or after 4:00 pm.
