Service Arrangement on SF Business Stations and SF Stores under Severe Weather

  • If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, delivery service, SF Business Stations and SF Stores will operate as usual; ^If the Black Rainstorm Warning signal is still in effect before the opening hours of SF Business Stations and SF Stores, the service hours of SF Business Stations and SF Stores may be delayed as a result; when 1 hour before the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is expected to come into effect, the services of SF Business Stations, SF Stores and delivery service will be suspended, the shipment transit time will be delayed. Customers should pay attention to the announcement of Hong Kong Observatory.


    When typhoon signal 8 is lowered, SF Business Stations, SF Stores and delivery service will resume in 2 hours, except the below conditions, 

    - SF Business Stations and delivery service will keep suspending if typhoon signal 8 lowered at or after 4:00 pm.
    - SF Stores will keep closing if typhoon signal 8 lowered within 3 hours before the end of business hours.
