KMB x SF‧Customer Service Centre is Now Launched

Making Life Easier and More Convenient

S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "SFHK") and The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "KMB") have strengthened their collaboration once again by launching the KMB x SF‧Customer Service Centre. The first batch of customer service centres will be launched on 17 January, 2025, at the Mei Foo Bus Terminus in Kowloon and the Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus in the New Territories. This initiative aims to provide customers with a relaxing and convenient travel and logistics service experience.

 

The KMB x SF‧Customer Service Centre is equipped with SF Lockers, offering 24-hour parcel drop-off* and pick-up services to provide passengers and nearby residents with more convenient courier services. Passengers can also check bus arrival times at the customer service centres, interact with the artificial intelligence Chatbot channel bot1933, inquire route information and provide feedback through bot1933.  In addition, USB charging facility is available for charging mobile devices.

 

SFHK and KMB will continue to explore more convenient service collaborations, with more KMB x SF‧Customer Service Centres to be established in the future, offering additional convenience services to meet the various needs of the community.
