Hong Kong local express delivery speed will be upgraded soon! Starting from 3 May 2021 onwards, If your Hong Kong local parcel is sent out on Monday to Friday* from and to designated industrial and commercial area, SF will arrange the free service upgrade for you. Parcels sent out in the morning will arrive in the afternoon on the same day!
Details on Local Delivery Speed Up:
Applicable Direction: Hong Kong to Hong Kong region
Application Service Area: Limited to designated industrial and commercial area service area to send and receive; excluding remote areas and any addresses and areas that require special warehousing^
To-door Parcel Send out Cut-off Time: 12:00pm on that day (Monday to Friday only*)
SF Business Stations# Parcel Send out Cut-off Time: 12:30pm on that day (Monday to Friday only*)
Promised Delivery Time: Before 6:00pm on that day (Monday to Friday only*)
Local Delivery Speed up Service Charge: Free of charge

*If the parcel is sent out after 12:00nn on Monday to Friday or on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, it will be delivered in accordance with the normal transit time of Hong Kong Domestic SF Speedy Express.
# Applicable to parcels sent out from SF Business Stations only. SF Stores or SF Service Partners send-outs are excluded.
