Local Delivery Speed Up | Unlimited Opportunities Ahead
Starting from May 3, 2021, if your Hong Kong local parcel (weighing ≦80kg per waybill) is sent from designated industrial and commercial areas to designated industrial and commercial areas before specified time onMonday to Friday (except Hong Kong public holidays)^, SF will arrange service upgrade for you. Parcels sent out in the morning arrives in the afternoon on the same day, failing which the customer can apply for refund of the basic shipment charges*. The existing charges remain unchanged.
Local delivery speed up covers a wide range,with most of the popular industrial and commercial areas along the railway available, bringing cost-effective delivery experience to customers, especially business partners, to run through unlimited business opportunities.

Specified Send-out Time:
- Send-out at To-door address: orders placed before 12:00nn on Monday to Friday; and parcels successfully collected by SF staff before 1:00pm on the same day
- Send-out at SF Business Stations: orders placed before 12:30pm on Monday to Friday; and parcels successfully collected by SF staff before 1:00pm on the same day, please click here for details
- Saturday, Sunday or Hong Kong public holidays excluded
- Parcels sent out at SF Stores and/or SF Service Partners excluded
Delivery Time:
- Before 6:00pm on the same day on Monday to Friday
- Saturday, Sunday or Hong Kong public holidays excluded
Specified Delivery Mode:
- To-door delivery and self-pick up at SF Business Stations
- Parcels to be self-picked up at SF Stores, EF Lockers and/or SF Service Partners excluded
Upgrade Service Charge: Free of charge
^If the parcel is sent out after 12:00nn on Monday to Friday or on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, it will be delivered in accordance with the normal transit time of Hong Kong domestic parcels.
*Shall be confirmed that the delay in delivery is caused by SF and that the refund requirements are met. Refunded basic shipment charges will not include value-added service charges, etc.
It is recommended the peer companies to inquire our CS for confirming the transit time before placing the orders.
