SFHK members can now enjoy the “Self-Pick up Limited Time Reward” by picking up your parcels at SFHK self-operated network points* before the designated time.
SFHK Membership - “Self-Pick up Limited Time Reward”
SFHK members who pick up their parcels at SFHK self-operated network points* within the first 24 hours of the SMS/ SFHK APP pick up notification from the system, can earn 50 bonus points per waybill, in addition to the original self-pick up 100 points.
“SF Retention Service” Fee
Effective from 28 June 2021, there will be adjustments on the SF Retention Service. SF Retention Service Fee will be applied if customers are unable to collect their parcels within the first 2 days at SF Business Stations SF Stores or within the first 24 hours at EF Locker. All collected service fee will be fully used for charitable purpose without any cost deduction.
