SFHK Airport Baggage Delivery Service caters to various travel needs including exit, entry, business and leisure, allowing customers to travel easily and play at ease.
Outbound Baggage Check-in and Boarding:
Take the selected flight of Cathay Pacific and complete the advanced reservation with designated number of days prior the flight departure day^, and follow the instructions on the following webpage to complete the reservation. SFHK baggage handlers will pick up the baggage at the designated time and assist in completing the check-in. After arriving at the destination, you can claim your luggage as usual, so that passengers can travel without any burden.
Baggage from the Airport to the City:
Passengers only need to bring their luggage to the airport baggage storage and delivery facility, and they can arrange to send it to designated locations in the city such as hotels and residences within 6 hours at the earliest, allowing you to easily plan your journey after landing.

^Service booking requirements and baggage collection time:
1. If your flight departure time is between 00:00 to 02:59, please complete the service booking before 6:00 p.m. three days before the flight departure date. Your luggage will be collected between 5:00 pm to 9:00 p.m. two days before the flight departure date;
2. If your flight departure time is between 03:00 to 23:59, please complete the service booking before 6:00 p.m. two days before the flight departure date. Your luggage will be collected between 5:00 pm to 9:00 p.m. one day before the flight departure date.
