SF Locker Service Upgrade New Experience for the Self-Drop Delivery Function
SF Locker’s Self-Drop Delivery Service has been upgraded, and it now supports self-drop delivery by SFHK APP members at SF Locker!
From today onwards, becoming a SFHK APP member, customers can now access the SF’s Locker Self-Drop Delivery Service at the designated SF lockers. With over 700 SF Lockers offering this service, customers have multiple delivery options for their parcels. They can freely choose to deliver their parcels from SF lockers to SF self-operated network points, SF designated partner points, or directly to door. The new experience of the Self-Drop Delivery function makes parcels delivery more convenient!
Steps:
1. Download SFHK APP and register as a member.
2. Enter「Ship」and click「SF Locker」, fill in the shipping details as prompted on the page to place an order, and can also check the remaining available grids at the selected locker in real-time.
3. Select the payment methods as pay by sender, pay by sender’s credit account or pay by receiver. If select pay by sender or pay by receiver, activation of 「SFHK Prepaid Card」and topping up record of at least HK$1 are required.
4. After placing the order successfully, a delivery code will be generated in SFHK APP. Then bring the packaged parcel to the SF lockers that provides self-drop delivery service.
5. Click 「Parcel Delivery」on the locker screen and agree the Terms and Conditions, follow the instructions to enter the delivery code on the locker, and put the parcel inside the locker to complete the delivery process!

2. Customers must carry out basic packaging for the item to be delivered. For fragile items, please apply protective packaging materials and fillings. Please click here to view the packaging guidelines.
3. Please click here to check the acceptance standards for the parcel.
4. If the parcel weight exceeds the locker grid’s limit, the charges will be adjusted according to the weight.
