From now on, apart from Express Service Cash Coupon, SFHK member can also use the points to redeem different gifts#, such as SF truck figure, EF Locker block brick figure, SF umbrella and SF Bear blanket and pillow 2-ways set. Diverse and considerate choices for you!
SFHK member’s points balance accumulated in 2020 will be expired after 30 June 2021. The unused points will be cleared after that. Enter SFHK APP Membership Centre now to redeem your preferable gifts!
SFHK APP Membership Program Gift Redemption Steps:
- Redeem SF Express Service Cash Coupon:
- Choose your preferable Express Service Cash Coupon on the "Gift Redemption" page in SFHK APP Member Center. Click “Redeem Now” for redemption
- Present the redemption barcode page to SF staff to use the cash coupon when mailing or picking up parcels at to-door address or any SF Business Station or SF Store.
- Redeem Other Gifts:
- Choose your preferable gift on the "Gift Redemption" page in the SFHK APP Member Center, and click “Redeem Now” for redemption
- Choose the Gift Redemption Centre* you prefer to collect the gift. The redemption barcode page will appear after redeeming the gift successfully
- Head to the Gift Redemption Centre* you have chosen and present the redemption barcode page to our staff to collect the gift
